  It was cold and I love coffee so of course I had to visit Starbucks. The girl that took my order was very friendly and helpful. They coffee tasted great and was served quickly. Would definitely visit here again.

  Consistent and pretty quick. Never had the pleasure of working at this location but looks like it had sufficient seating to accommodate a moderate number of people. Overall, experience was in line with other coffee shops.

  Used to spend a lot of time here with a friend; beautiful central spot with large windows that cater to a relaxing view of Houston St. and the downtown area. Fine Starbucks, and the homeless people here and nice as hell; it's a really mellow corner and my favorite Starbucks in the city.

  Orders take a few minutes usually, depends on business. Baristas are nice (as expected). Drinks are as expected. The shop is always clean (but sometimes hasn't been wiped down, has crumbs and etc in some spots). Can be packed depending on the time of day (weekend), but mostly wait is about a minute or less. Only issue can be the seating (depending on business), better off taking your drink and leaving. Otherwise, very good!

  Very busy store..I always mobile order so it's ready when I get there and the staff has always been polite and curtious .
